Maintenance/Lexington, MA

NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technicians Lexington/Arlington, MA Full-time, permanent positions available. Monday – Friday. -Residential apartment maintenance: painting, electrical repairs, apartment turnovers, cleaning and snow removal. -Prior experience, including on-call and night service, required. Property Coordinators/Boston, MA

NOW HIRING: Property Coordinators/Boston, MA. Full-time, permanent positions available. Monday – Friday. The Property Coordinator (PC) works with the Property Management staff, Accounting Staff, Maintenance staff, Legal Staff and with other PCs to oversee and manage the day to day operations of their respective portfolio. A PC is assigned a portfolio consisting of residential, commercial, and/or parking entities. The PC will perform bookkeeper duties for their respective portfolio while also providing excellent customer service. Other administrative and leasing duties may be assigned.

The PC must provide excellent customer service that is both professional and courteous; the PC will follow a detailed monthly schedule with duties that include

• Entering and maintaining accurate data in the property management software and database. The PC must be familiar with the company’s database and software tools. • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely basis; referring questions to the property manager or to the head of the Property Coordinator department when needed.

• Filing paper leases and electronic files.

• Working with the legal department and assisting them with any legal issues- i.e. eviction proceedings, application rejection, etc.

• Maintaining work area in an organized and professional manner.

• Performing other related duties and tasks as assigned

May assist residents with maintenance or other issues; may be required to enter work orders in Timberline Service Management, the company’s software; implements marketing and leasing plans utilizing The Hamilton Way Manual.
