Real Estate Property Coordinator

Job Category: Entry level professional.
Administrative/ Professional support.

Relevant Work/School Experience: college background helpful; leasing experience is NOT a requirement. THIS IS NOT A RENTAL AGENT POSITION

Work in a very busy property management office. Skills we need: Commitment to customer satisfaction, phones, preparation and maintenance of tenant records and related paperwork. Attention to detail is critical.
Experience with lease administration helpful, but TIMBERLINE experience a big plus. Candidate must have computer skills; have analytical and problem solving skills; be able to multi task and meet deadlines.  Motivate, ability to work independently but as part of a team.
