The Hamilton Company has announced the completion and initial 

occupancy of Mill Street Heights, a new 72-unit multifamily apartment community in 

Woburn, marking a significant expansion of the firm’s residential footprint in the region. 

Tenants began moving into the four-story development on December 1, following the 

issuance of a certificate of occupancy on November 18.
