Property Coordinator (PC)
Works with the Property Management
staff, Accounting Staff, Maintenance staff, Legal Staff and with other PCs to
oversee and manage the day to day operations of their respective portfolio. A
PC is assigned a portfolio consisting of residential, commercial, and/or
parking entities. The size (or unit count) of the portfolio varies based on
experience and skill level as well as the complexity of the property (i.e. some
properties require more time and attention than others). Portfolio sizes range
from 200 units up to 1,000 units. The PC will perform bookkeeper duties for
their respective portfolio while also providing excellent customer service.
Other administrative and leasing duties may be assigned.
Experience:
Minimum
of 2 years of property management or customer service background. Some
accounting or bookkeeping background is helpful.
Other skills:
• Real Page Property Management software (Leasing & Rents,
Facilities, Payments, Concierge, Active Building, Online Leasing, Doc
Management)
•
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•
The ability to multi-task in a friendly, fast-paced work environment and deal
with highly confidential information.
•
Self-motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented, and high-energy individual
with an outgoing ‘can-do’ attitude.
Must be legally able to work in the United States and be able to
pass a CORI check. Multiple positions available in our Massachusetts locations.
