Job Description

Residential Property Manager.  Full time, permanent.  Boston, MA location.


Manages residential apartment property for Company, maximizing income while maintaining a safe, clean and attractive environment for residents by performing the following duties personally, or assigning to staff.  Under general direction, oversee and coordinate all property management, building operations and maintenance, and construction activities for a residential property.  Ensure buildings in compliance with all ordinances and code requirements.  Ensure building is leased up.

Education:               

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Must continue course work with education; meetings and applicable updates.

·         Must be familiar with all operating Company software – accounting and property management.

 

Experience: 

·         3-5+ years’ experience as a residential property manager.    

·         Leasing experience

·         Organizational, communication skills

·         Management and supervisory experience

·         Team work expertise

·         Certificate in Residential Property Management
